Mental Health Support Specialist

  • Ensure consultations and psychotherapy align with scheduling protocols and teleconsultation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, and develop holistic interventions.
  • Coordinate with the team to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in requests related to the mental health program.
  • Assess clients' mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to further develop current systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology;
  • Ability to work from home during core hours;
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Workspace;
  • Background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs is preferred.
