This key position involves developing digital mental health content, supporting product development, and working with businesses to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.

You will create psychological exercises, digital courses, and assessments, while also helping businesses integrate our tools into their organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging digital courses, exercises, and assessments on mental well-being, resilience, and personal development.
  • Develop high-quality written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.
  • Contribute to refining psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop AI-driven digital mental health tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on mental well-being trends and research to enhance our products.
Business Engagement & Client Success
  • Support new clients during onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with business clients to guarantee smooth adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business team to create materials that promote mental well-being initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to make psychological concepts accessible to businesses.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and long-term platform usage.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working with corporate clients and explaining mental health concepts in a practical way.
  • Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with software such as Adobe Creative Cloud or other design platforms like Canva can be beneficial.
  • Understanding of mental well-being or behavioral science is essential.
  • Interest in AI-driven product development and digital mental health solutions.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Tagalog proficiency is a strong advantage for localization purposes.
