Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer guest phone calls and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain exceptional standards of service, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Update reservations accurately for proper accounting and ensure timely payments.
  • Liaise with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve channel-specific issues and optimize listings.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in OTA booking channels, including Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.
  • Experience with Guesty (or similar short-term rental property management systems).
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
  • A stable high-speed internet connection and contingency plan for backup.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and knowledge of Guesty and Slack is a plus.
