Job Opportunity: Stateroom Steward

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stateroom Steward to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest stateroom service, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and product quality. They will work closely with our Rooms Division leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistently high-quality guest stateroom service, including cleaning, maintenance, and product standards.
  • Address shortfalls in product delivery that may negatively impact the guest experience and provide timely resolutions to guest requests and concerns.
  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of initiatives aligned with the Rooms Division's brand standards and KPI goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in room service in a comparable establishment, preferably with cruise ship experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Public Health and environmental regulations pertaining to stateroom service.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of guest service principles, motivation to excel in all job duties, and a natural ability to surprise and delight guests while maintaining courteous and professional relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
