We are seeking a skilled Guest Engagement Specialist to join our Customer Onboarding Team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to implement our messaging platform and tailor it to their needs.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the hospitality industry by enhancing guest engagement and streamlining communication. You will be responsible for facilitating client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via video, phone, and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via video, phone, and email.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues across multiple channels.
  • Partner with Sales to define success, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and promote product adoption.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Over 1 year of hospitality experience in roles like Front Desk or Revenue Manager.
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in customer-facing roles.

  • English, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, or Tagalog language proficiency.
  • Project Management certification.
