Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Services Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications via multiple channels.
  • Answer guest phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Effectively resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including cleaning and maintenance, to maintain high standards of service.
  • Update reservations accurately for proper accounting and revenue management.
  • Liaise with online travel agencies (OTAs) and property management systems to resolve any channel-specific issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using OTAs and property management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, even under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
