Job Title: Skilled Intake Specialist

As a highly motivated and customer-focused professional, you will work from home as an Intake Specialist. This role involves gathering information from clients, entering data into our system, and providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and input relevant client information regarding potential claims.
  • Determine the veracity of potential claims by gathering details about plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage.
  • Enter all details and information into the case management system and create leads. Assign all leads created to Account Executives.
  • Provide outstanding customer experience to clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment.
  • Possess strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Keen to detail.
  • Meet the typing requirement of 40 WPM.
  • Strong time management.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
