**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound phone calls and provide resolution on the first interaction with the caller.
  • Provide exemplary customer service with every interaction.
  • Collect and gather all necessary information for clinical review.
  • Work cross-functionally across remote teams.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, able to take unstructured information and structure it.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Kind, patient, and caring attitude, even in stressful situations.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to understand problems and work towards viable solutions.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and delivering quality results.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment: 3 years (Preferred).
  • Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of computers in daily function.

  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid.
  • Computer (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or better).
  • Noise Cancelling Headset.
