    • Handle scheduling inquiries from clients and staff.
  • Care Coordination
    • Coordinate care across disciplines.
    • Arrange substitute clinicians when needed.
  • Communication
    • Respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
    • Maintain clear communication via phone and email.
  • Record Management
    • Audit client records for accuracy and compliance.
    • Ensure timely documentation in relevant systems.
  • Reception Oversight
    • Manage receptionist functions, including calls and appointments.
  • Front-End Billing Management
    • Verify insurance benefits and monitor eligibility.
    • Track changes in coverage status.
