The RoleWe are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Quezon City. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading multinational companies (MNCs) in the healthcare industry. The role requires a dynamic and data-driven individual to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that drive growth and visibility.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media, email, and content. Manage demand generation campaigns focused on traffic, lead generation, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Develop and manage PPC campaigns, landing pages, ad copies, and A/B testing strategies. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, WebTrends, etc., to analyze and optimize campaign performance. Own the entire digital funnel—from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies (PR, Creative, Media) to ensure effective campaign execution. Drive digital media initiatives across paid social, programmatic, video, email, and SMS.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Provide regular performance reports and pipeline forecasts.
Contribute to the annual marketing plan and budgeting process. Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: 4–6 years in Digital Marketing, preferably within Diagnostics, Pharma, or Healthcare. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, analytics tools, and content marketing.
Demonstrated experience in managing paid campaigns and driving measurable results. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
