About the Role
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand advisory services revenue.
  • Lead a high-performing team of advisors, providing guidance and support for exceptional client service delivery and high-value client management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic partnerships and thought leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow advisory services revenue and expand into new markets.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service delivery and high-value client management.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic partnerships and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate finance, or impact finance.
  • Deep expertise in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, sustainable finance, blended finance, and impact investing.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale advisory services, securing corporate and financial institution clients.
  • Strong P&L management experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive networks across corporates, investors, DFIs, financial institutions, and regulators in Southeast Asia.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, SDG-aligned impact measurement).
