Job Opportunity: Virtual Executive/Personal Assistant

The role of a Virtual Executive/Personal Assistant entails providing seamless support to executives from a remote location.

This involves managing administrative and personal tasks with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive team
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
