Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to our dynamic property-focused business based in Australia.
This role involves managing CRM systems, maintaining accurate data, coordinating social media activities, and assisting with property research. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools, and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate data
- Coordinate social media activities
- Assist with property research
- Provide general administrative duties such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Benefits:
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
