Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top clinical and administrative talent to support our expanding operations across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in the healthcare industry, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Create and post compelling job descriptions on relevant job boards, social platforms, and our careers page
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through online research, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct Google Meet interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to offer acceptance
  • Assist in developing and refining recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting in the healthcare industry and familiarity with clinical (registered nurses, medical assistants) and non-clinical roles
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple openings
  • A bachelor's degree in HR, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
