Helpdesk Analyst

NCC Group Philippines is looking for a highly skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and resolving technical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Accurately record and document client interactions and technical issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high degree of customer service, and a strong technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Technical Support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
