Implementation Specialist

This is a role that involves guiding brokerages through setup and onboarding of Real Estate Accounting & Recruiting tools. The role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a background in accounting or real estate back-office operations.

The Implementation Specialist will configure and train clients on agent commissions & split structures, recruiting tool integrations, automation and reporting features. They will also troubleshoot issues and escalate unique cases when necessary.

To succeed in this role, one must have a strong attention to detail and process adherence. Experience with QuickBooks or real estate accounting is required. Additionally, the ability to explain technical processes in clear terms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding sessions via Zoom calls.
  • Configure and train clients on various tool features.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate unique cases.
  • Maintain multi-call cadence with clients.
  • Shadow, learn, and progressively take ownership of client calls and implementations.

Training Path:

  • Days 1–30: Focus on recruiting tool.
  • Days 30–60: Transition into Backoffice Accounting tool.
  • Training includes documentation reviews and shadow calls.
  • 45–60 days: Begin shadowing calls with clients, moving into independent implementation and training sessions.
