Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a certified Workday Benefits Consultant. As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions to our clients. Your expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, particularly in U.S. Benefits, will enable you to provide strategic support to our clients and drive value to their systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and Document Client Business Requirements
  • Design and Configure Workday Solution
  • Demonstrate Configurations through Prototype Systems
  • Assist in Testing Workday Solution
  • Complete Knowledge Transfer to Clients
  • Work with Confidential Client/Data Conversion Team
  • Assist Integration Consulting Team in Configuring and Testing Integrations
  • Mentor New Consultants and Serve as Professional Role Model
  • Communicate Clearly and Collaborate Effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current Workday Benefits Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly
