Job Description:

The Lead Generator is responsible for creating qualified sales pipelines and booking discovery calls through inbound first responses and disciplined outbound outreach across both brands.

This role involves managing all inbound leads, including triage and next steps, as well as running outbound campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email. The candidate must qualify prospects against agreed criteria, capture notes, and set clear next steps. They must also personalize outreach by persona and brand, maintaining brand tone.

Maintenance of CRM accuracy is crucial, including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging. Collaboration with Marketing on sequences, EDMs, and leveraging content is also required. Additionally, the candidate must provide weekly reports on activities, meetings, show rates, and SQLs per brand.

Key Responsibilities:
