About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our creator and partner ecosystem growth.

This role combines affiliate program management, TikTok Shop setup, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content pipeline building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch (catalog, listings, payouts, workflows).
  • Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Scale top-performing UGC-driven campaigns with Spark Ads.
  • Collaborate with designers to refine product listings and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Affiliate Program Management
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
  • Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
Creator & Community Leadership
  • Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with design/editing to categorize UGC and repurpose across ads, PDPs, email, and social.
Collaboration & Operations
  • Work directly with the leadership team to align goals and objectives.
  • Build and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
  • Share insights and actionable growth reports with stakeholders weekly.

You'll thrive in this role if you have 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing, with TikTok Shop/Seller Center expertise from setup to scale being a significant plus.

The ideal candidate is fluent with ShareASale, UpPromote (or similar), and comfortable designing incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue. They should be data-driven, communicative, and able to execute fast with minimal hand-holding.
