Job Summary

This leadership role oversees the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring reliability and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team to deliver consistent service quality to stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve complex business issues, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions.
  • Oversee accounting data analysis to ensure accurate records.
  • Lead regular business reviews and produce dashboard reports detailing team performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum 8 years of experience.Leadership experience of 5+ years.Professional Accounting designation preferred.Experience working directly with business clients and application support teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Transformation experience: Knowledge in technologies such as Alteryx, Aladdin by Blackrock, SIMCORP.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges.Relationship management skills to build alliances across matrix organizations.
