Job Title: Transformation Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing, leading, and executing transformational projects and initiatives that drive change, improve processes, and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for transformation initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment among team leaders and members, providing guidance on best practices, capacity-building initiatives, and agile tools.
  • Create a dynamic and thriving environment for personal growth and development, while also overseeing connections within the organization and mapping out the transformation ecosystem.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams, facilitating workshops as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any field preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in innovation, communications, project, or events management.
  • Scrum Master Certification is a plus.

This role requires a strong understanding of organizational transformation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
