Job Title: Virtual Team Lead

This is a full-time position that requires coaching a team of virtual assistants to achieve peak performance. The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities, be able to manage remote teams effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.

The role involves:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their performance
  • Guiding the team through regular check-ins and providing support when needed
  • Developing strategies to improve areas of opportunity and increase efficiency
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development & Coaching
    • Build strong relationships with team members through regular 1-on-1 sessions and coaching activities
    • Provide guidance and support to virtual assistants as they work on their tasks
Client & Virtual Assistant Management
  • Facilitate and oversee client-virtual assistant onboarding
  • Recognize and facilitate additional client needs
Performance Management
  • Monitor daily virtual assistant performance and stats in coordination with other departments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with other departments for virtual assistant or client-related concerns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or operations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
