**Job Title:** Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented operations supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our content creator team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote teams and be proficient in digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive culture across the team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
