As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving team success and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will lead, coach, and manage a remote Virtual Assistant team to reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants and ensure they have the support they need to excel.
  • Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues and resolve client concerns effectively.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms, and managing teams across different time zones.
