**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Business and Project Development Manager to join our team in Makati area. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from land acquisition to project handover.
**Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Assess feasibility and secure properties for development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet financial and sales targets.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
**Requirements**
- Graduate degree in Economics, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years experience in business and/or project development, preferably in real estate.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
