Job Overview

This position is ideal for a skilled IT professional looking to deliver high-quality solutions and collaborate with a global team.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert backend support for escalated tickets, including incident changes related to server, storage, and networking hardware and software.
  • Analyze customer requirements to ensure accurate and complete technical solutions by providing recommendations and formulating pre-sales consultation forms (PSCs).
  • Conduct complex changes to a customer's environment, creating Change Request Forms (CRFs) and Scope of Work (SOW) documentation.
  • Pursue short- to long-term professional services project implementation and deployment, communicating with customers throughout the job delivery process.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must hold a college degree and have relevant training and certification.
  • Maintain minimum certification on technologies such as AIX, IBM Storage, Linux, Microsoft, HP-UX, Solaris, VMWare, CCNA, JNCD, and TSM.
  • Have 7+ years of experience handling remote break-fix hardware device maintenance, IT Server, Storage and Networking Operating System support.
