Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to oversee medical projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, medical terminology, and interacting with doctors or the medical field.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple medical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes using digital tools such as Loom and Google Suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
  • Organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members using Otter.ai, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as needed, maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite or Google Suite, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct data entry, file management, and document organization tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in managing medical publishers and conference meetings, both local and global.
  • Ability to organize medical meetings, engaging with sponsors, doctors, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with clinical trials for pharmaceutical companies, handling large datasets and complex medical information.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to interact effectively with doctors and medical professionals.
