Financial Director Role

The Financial Director plays a vital role in supporting the finance and accounting team. The key responsibilities include strategic planning, financial performance analysis, revenue management oversight, and providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports for executive teams and department heads
  • Supervise daily revenue management operations, including client costing, CE creation, uploading, and transaction processing
  • Provide valuable insights to support short-term and long-term business strategies
  • Analyze financial data to generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • Collaborate with internal clients to meet project deadlines
  • Identify discrepancies in financial reports and implement corrective actions
  • Support department heads and budget managers in budget preparation and expense management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
Nice-to-Haves:
  • CPA certification
  • Familiarity with accounting software
