As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing teams of sales professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, and building client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a director level position
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ready manpower of 3-5 managers with 3-5 PS each.
  • Licensed real estate broker

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
