Project Director Opportunity

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in project management, operations, tech tools, sales funnels, and high-converting ad creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a founder with ADHD, providing structure that creates freedom and flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Governance: Establish SOPs, workflows, onboarding documents, and scalable team systems.
  • Tool Implementation: Implement project tools and create internal structure from scratch.
  • Accountability Management: Maintain company drives, task lists, and accountability trackers.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Schedule & Priority Management: Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and digital events across time zones.
  • Project Coordination: Utilize Trello and Google Sheets to manage weekly task boards, lead weekly standups or check-ins to keep the team aligned, coordinate with developers, contractors, and the finance team.
  • Creative Content Creation: Write professional, brand-aligned emails, captions, bios, and content drafts, repurpose Loom/Yard Stream videos into text and polished assets.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Create and monitor high-converting digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), use AI or automation to enhance campaigns and conversion tracking.
  • Brand Amplification: Assist in amplifying brand messaging for the founder and wellness brands, assist in launching new offers, digital products, or wellness campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting founders or managing projects, preferably in a startup or remote setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI and modern automation tools.
