Key Account Manager Role

As a Senior Renewals Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts. This involves close collaboration with sales teams, professional services, technical support, and sales operations to understand and resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer assets and software licensing.
  • Stay up-to-date on complex revenue models and pricing structures.
  • Work closely with customers throughout the renewal process to ensure optimal retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive expansions and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively manage at-risk accounts and escalate as necessary.
  • Identify key stakeholders and prioritize positive customer experiences.
  • Lead the procurement/renewal process for assigned customers to ensure timely renewals.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and privilege access management.
  • Experience working with complex clients across multiple divisions and geographies.
  • Ability to provide business and technical solutions to high-level technical queries.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
