We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Central Business Preservation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end renewal support to our distribution channels, focusing on customer-centric experiences to enhance retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Distributors:

  1. Provide excellent customer service through call outs, meetings, complaint resolution, closure of cases, and renewal management tasks.

  2. Release renewals, including audits and salvage of expired policies.

  3. Process renewal confirmations:

    • Pipeline renewals, ensuring timely processing within specified TATs.
    • Secure Approvals: From internal stakeholders, such as Transfer of Business, Underwriting Negotiation, and Renewal Quote creation.

    • Monitor and report renewal activities.

    • Liaise between distributors and internal stakeholders, conveying requirements to relevant units.

    • Perform delegated tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In business, marketing, or insurance preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Analytical, organizational skills, ability to analyze business and financial data.
  • Resource Planning: Proven resource planning and management skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for customer and stakeholder meetings.
  • Background in Product Management: Marketing, customer understanding, requirements analysis, and competitive analysis.
