Order Management Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling order processing activity, including software and hardware fulfillment.

You will collaborate with the sales team on quote building and processing orders in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, with a focus on order management to billing.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment using specialized software, including activation and billings.
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions to maintain consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all order management and fulfillment-related tasks.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transactions.
  • Work closely with internal groups to identify and execute efficiency gains.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for order fulfillment policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Finance, Billing support, and Sales Operations on order management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations.
  • Self-awareness and professional maturity.
  • Experience with specialized software is a plus.
