JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Print waybills and ensure all parcels are properly labeled and prepared
  • Assist in packing and picking of orders during high-volume periods without compromising other duties
  • Monitor dispatch timelines and oversee the fulfillment staff to ensure timely deliveries Conduct quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy before dispatch
  • Ensure packaging meets platform standards (e.g., secure, clean, properly labeled)

  • Monitor and handle return, cancellation, and refund requests on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop

  • Achieve the fulfillment rate to pass on the platforms requirements

  • Submit appeals and dispute with complete supporting documentation within platform timelines
  • Track and escalate cases as needed, working closely with the sales and warehouse team for accurate resolution
  • Maintain a dispute log for all refund and return-related cases for internal tracking
  • Track daily stock movements and coordinate with sales for stock accuracy
  • Flag low stock or discrepancies and coordinate with the team for restocking or adjustments
  • Help maintain stockroom organization and tagging as needed

  • Monitor consumables used and maintain the inventory

  • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience in e-commerce operations and fulfillment (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok preferred)

  • Knowledge of return/refund workflows and platform appeal processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving tasks

  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and logging disputes and inventory Can work closely with both operations and sales teams

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to act quickly on urgent issues

  • Physically fit and willing to assist in packing when needed
  • A team player with a proactive work ethic* Must be willing to work in C Raymundo Ave. Pasig City
