Solution Design & Architecture:

  • Develop end-to-end ICT solutions (cloud, on-premise, hybrid) based on business needs.

  • Create architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and system integration plans.

  • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory

requirements.

  1. Technology Evaluation & Strategy:

  2. Research and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, IoT,

cybersecurity).

  • Assess third-party software/hardware solutions for compatibility and scalability.

  • Define roadmaps for digital transformation and IT modernization.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with business leaders, developers, and engineers to translate requirements into

technical solutions.

  • Present proposals to executives and justify architectural decisions.

  • Implementation & Governance:

  • Oversee the deployment of ICT systems, ensuring adherence to design principles.

  • Conduct performance tuning, risk assessments, and troubleshooting.

  • Establish best practices for system reliability, scalability, and security.

  • Vendor & Project Management:

  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for solution delivery.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering

or related field.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco

CCDA/CCDP, CISSP).

Experience:

  • 5+ years in IT architecture, systems design, or enterprise solutions development.

  • Proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), networking,

cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

  • Hands-on expertise in SDLC, DevOps, APIs, microservices, and database management. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform).

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital transformation projects.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or edge computing.

  • Previous work in government, healthcare, or financial sectors (if applicable).
