Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of ICT Support Specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks in our field offices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance of all ICT equipment and computer networks and systems in all field offices within the designated District group.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software components of computer systems.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks, performing routine checks and resolving technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is required.
  • Willingness to undergo training at our Iloilo City facility, travel, and be assigned to any area within our organization (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao).
