Administrative Role for Real Estate Support

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our real estate operations in California. This role focuses on providing administrative assistance, marketing coordination, and day-to-day office management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Services:
    • Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain checklists for smooth transitions.
    • Provide day-to-day support to agents, responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
    • Coordinate the installation and removal of real estate signs as needed.
  • Marketing & Design:
    • Create and update marketing materials using Canva, including flyers, social media posts, and market updates.
    • Update agent profiles, headshots, and bios on our website.
    • Coordinate monthly marketing campaigns and assist with digital content creation.
    • Support agents with custom listing and buyer template updates.
  • Real Estate Operations:
    • Access MLS data to retrieve property information and photos.
    • Conduct research for our Commercial Team, compiling property data from various sources.
    • Monitor listings and leads on a set schedule and forward relevant information to team members.
    • Maintain organizational checklists for efficient onboarding and termination processes.
    • Update and organize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline our workflow.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and workflow management.
    • Communicate effectively with leadership to confirm details and provide updates when necessary.
