
Real Estate Administrative Support Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to a team of real estate professionals.
This involves managing various tasks, including email management, calendar organization, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Additionally, the individual will assist in document preparation and organization related to real estate transactions, collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction information.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in real estate support or a fast-paced administrative role and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
They must also be proficient in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools, as well as being tech-savvy and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage emails, calendars, and CRM systems for real estate teams
- Assist in document preparation and organization for real estate transactions
- Collaborate with Transaction Coordinators on task management and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction information
- Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications
