Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.

The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong proficiency in English. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems. Additionally, they should be able to multitask, work independently, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and promote services to customers as needed.
- Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
- Document interactions accurately and process claims efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior call center experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- High-speed internet connection.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and headset. May need to move objects and lift up to forty (40) pounds in occasional tasks.
