Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with utility clients to provide tailored solutions and drive the best results.
  • Provide extended support coverage during non-business hours as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in client-facing roles with strong technical support skills.
  • Proven expertise in Linux OS support and network administration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery, or Salesforce admin.
  • Experience working in the utility industry or with Smart Grid technologies.
  • ITIL/ITSM background.
