Technical Support Specialist Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst/Specialist to join our team of diverse and talented technical support professionals.

This role offers the opportunity to explore emerging technologies in the high-demand Crypto/Blockchain industry and contribute to the development of our working methods within a collaborative environment.

As a community advocate, you will manage and assist user inquiries on all platforms that we support using available information.

You will serve as an escalation point for our community/customer experience in high-touch escalations and platform incidents.

Responsibilities include managing ticketed query systems and ensuring comprehensive databases of queries and resolutions are up-to-date.

Critical thinking skills will be exercised by establishing the root causes of application errors, with serious concerns escalated to higher-tier support groups.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in incident management, technical support, and system administration.

  • Experience supporting highly automated and dynamic cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end platform incident management using Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to communicate and operate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
