Customer Experience Specialist

The role of a Customer Experience Specialist is vital in ensuring seamless interactions between our clients and our services. This individual will be the primary point of contact for post-sale activities, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

This specialist will oversee various aspects of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing relationship management, advocacy, and feedback. The goal is to create a loyal customer base that can serve as ambassadors for our brand.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery by sending initial setup forms, gathering client information, scheduling kickoff meetings, and establishing clear success metrics.
  • Ongoing Relationship Management: Serve as the primary post-sale contact, conduct regular check-ins, track and report on customer health metrics, proactively identify and address risks, and own the renewal process.
  • Advocacy & Marketing Support: Identify customer case studies, coordinate with clients for PR and joint marketing opportunities, and encourage customers to submit reviews.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect customer feedback, relay actionable insights to internal teams, act as the voice of the customer, and recommend process improvements.
