**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at 3E Hitech Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, and contributing to the success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute account plans to drive new sales and revenue growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our solutions effectively

• Develop strategies to drive new sales and revenue growth

• Proactively address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction

• Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of solutions

• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure client expectations are met

• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance

**Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT Graduate or a related field

• Has at least 1-year experience in sales or business development and account management

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results

• Is able to identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Is able to present proposal up to Executive Level

• Is able to work with minimum supervision

• Is result-oriented, organized, and keen on details

• Possesses strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Is able to work independently and as part of a team
