Job Description

Neksjob Corporation is looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer interactions in the system to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a BPO or non-BPO setting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
