Job Description

The HR Team Lead plays a pivotal role in providing leadership and guidance to the HR department, fostering a collaborative environment that drives organizational success.

This key position oversees day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of HR strategies, aligning with organizational objectives and adhering to regional labour laws and regulations.

To achieve this, the HR Team Lead identifies training needs, develops and implements comprehensive training programs, and supports the professional growth of HR team members. Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.

A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources is mandatory, accompanied by 3-4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team

  • Contribution to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies
