HR Generalist Role Summary:
The successful candidate will provide HR support to our growing business, focusing on employee welfare and relations. Key responsibilities include resolving human relations problems, promoting employee health and well-being, and interviewing employees to discuss work-related issues.
This role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources, psychology, or behavioral science, with experience in labor relations or employee relations preferably in the BPO industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Engagement Activities (community building, engagement surveys)
- Offer counseling services to employees
- Handle Minor to Complex Behavior and Attendance Administrative/Labor Cases
- Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of HRBP, labor relations, or employee relations experience; ideally in the BPO industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps
- Good time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
