  • Job Description:

  • This is an individual contributor role working with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk. The role will be at the front lines of calls and service tickets regarding all HR/Talent/Compensation/Learning modules in SuccessFactors system as related to Fluor.

  • The role will report to the Manager HRIS, this position will be part of the HRIS Team which is responsible for defining and executing HR system strategy in support of business objectives.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experiences

  • Experience in Shared Services environment

  • Possess advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
