This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and quality support to our employees.
You will have the chance to work on various projects, including developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and systems. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to senior leadership.

- Job Description:
This is an individual contributor role working with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk. The role will be at the front lines of calls and service tickets regarding all HR/Talent/Compensation/Learning modules in SuccessFactors system as related to Fluor.
The role will report to the Manager HRIS, this position will be part of the HRIS Team which is responsible for defining and executing HR system strategy in support of business objectives.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experiences
Experience in Shared Services environment
Possess advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
