About the role

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at IN1GO TECHNOLOGIES INC'. As an HR Generalist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our growing business by providing comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a full-time role based in our Las Pinas City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires
  • Administering employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related policies and procedures
  • Conducting performance management activities, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals
  • Providing guidance and support on employee relations, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to support decision-making
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a constantly evolving business landscape
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
