Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering customized human resources leadership across multiple facets of HR, including Culture Management, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, etc.

This position interfaces openly and effectively with all employees to ensure that HR programs and initiatives are enhancing the delivery of business results while maintaining a positive, employee-centric company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, employee and prospects engagement, productivity, and development of HR within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and advanced practice providers to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives to make our company a top place to work.
  • Assist in drafting Offer Letters and Employment Agreements, coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient and effective onboarding of new employees.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to develop programs to meet key business objectives and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing and COBRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills, and a dedication to provide outstanding people-care and customer service.
