About the Role
As an Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating between customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and manage claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Efficiently handle quotations and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness within target times.
- Enquiries Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
- Claims Management: Investigate and process claims related to shipment delays, defective items, and pricing discrepancies.
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
